Stella
Stella is a 5 year old Belgian Malinois with an incredible temperament and so much love to give. She is fully house broken, kennel trained, and very well mannered both on leash and in the home.
This sweet girl is the definition of a velcro dog. Stella absolutely adores her people and wants nothing more than to be close to them, soak up affection, and be involved in daily life. Once she bonds with you, she is incredibly loyal and loving.
Stella is wonderful with children and has done well with cats in the past. She thrives in a calm, structured environment where she feels safe and understood. As a Belgian Malinois, she will need a home that can continue to provide her with regular outings, exercise, mental stimulation, and structure that can keep up with her breed and intelligence.
Stella would do best as an only dog. Due to previous experiences with being bullied by another female dog, she can be uncomfortable with unfamiliar dogs approaching her and may become reactive when feeling pressured, especially with female dogs. She is generally more avoidant than confrontational and is typically indifferent toward most male dogs.
She is truly an amazing dog that deserves a home where she can relax, feel secure, and be loved for the incredible companion she is.

Cudi
Cudi is a young 1-year-old Lab/Samoyed mix with a heart full of love and energy to spare. Described by his previous family as sweet, snuggly, and incredibly loyal, he loves being around his people and is always ready for his next adventure.
Cudi has lived with children and done well with other dogs. He is housebroken, affectionate, and happiest when he's included in the fun. Like many young dogs, he is still learning the ropes. He currently knows how to sit and is working on leash manners, kennel training, and basic obedience. Fortunately, he is extremely food-motivated and eager to learn, giving him all the tools he needs to succeed.
This handsome boy has plenty of puppy enthusiasm and would thrive with an active family committed to continuing his training. He can get a little mouthy when excited, has limited recall, and has shown interest in small animals, but with consistency and guidance, we believe he has incredible potential.
If you're looking for a loyal companion, hiking buddy, and best friend wrapped into one lovable package, Cudi may be the perfect fit for your family.

Princess
Princess is a 5-year-old Husky mix with a heart as beautiful as her name. After her family moved without her, she found herself searching for a second chance at the loving home she deserves.
Princess is the perfect balance of playful and relaxed. She's just as happy joining you for an adventure as she is curling up on the couch for a quiet evening. She has an easygoing personality and does an excellent job regulating her energy to match her environment.
She is wonderful with children, gets along great with dogs of all sizes, and has done exceptionally well with cats. Princess also thrives in a daycare setting and has been a regular daycare participant, where she enjoys spending time with both canine and human friends.
Princess is crate trained, leash trained, spayed, and current on all of her vaccinations. She is incredibly smart and eager to learn, making her a wonderful companion for both first-time and experienced dog owners.
If you're looking for a well-rounded dog who is affectionate, adaptable, and ready to become part of the family, Princess may be the perfect match. She has so much love to give and is patiently waiting for a forever home where she'll never be left behind again.

Emilia
Emilia is a 7 year old mixed breed sweetheart with a heart full of love and a couch potato personality. At around 70 pounds, this lovable girl is happiest when she's curled up in a pile of blankets, enjoying a pup cup, going for a short walk, or spending time with her favorite people. Emilia absolutely adores humans and has never met a stranger. She is affectionate, gentle, and always ready to soak up attention.
Emilia is house broken, can be trusted loose in the home, and knows several commands including sit, stay, wait, shake, touch, and come. She is a smart girl who enjoys treats, lick mats, chew toys, and anything involving cheese. Her family describes her as sweet, patient, goofy, and incredibly loving.
Emilia has successfully lived with another dog and two cats. Once she knows another animal, she is capable of forming wonderful friendships. She does have reactivity toward unfamiliar dogs, particularly on walks and during car rides. Over the past two and a half years, she has made tremendous progress with positive reinforcement, patience, and training. She would do best with a family that understands reactive dogs and is willing to continue helping her build confidence.
Despite this challenge, Emilia is a low-energy companion who would much rather cuddle on the couch than spend hours running around. She is happiest simply being with her people and enjoying life's simple pleasures.
Emilia is a truly special dog who deserves a patient, loving forever home where she can continue to thrive. In return, she will give endless loyalty, affection, and companionship to the lucky family who welcomes her home.

Duke
Duke is a 4-year-old boy searching for a patient, experienced home where he can finally feel safe and secure. After the passing of his owner, Duke found himself with nowhere to go. Despite the tremendous change in his life, we believe he deserves the opportunity to find someone willing to understand him and help him thrive.
Duke is currently available through our foster-to-adopt program while he completes his veterinary care, including being brought up to date on vaccinations and neutered. Once his medical care is complete, his adoption can be finalized.
He is leash trained, crate trained, and enjoys having structure and routine. Duke does best when he has a safe space to relax and decompress.
Duke has resource guarding behaviors, particularly around his crate, so he will need an experienced adopter who understands canine body language and is committed to helping him succeed. Respecting his boundaries and allowing him space when he asks for it are essential to earning his trust.
Because of a previous bite incident involving a child who approached him while he was in or near his crate after he had already indicated he wanted space, Duke is looking for an adult-only home. We are committed to finding a family that will understand and respect his boundaries.
Duke has shown that he can live with other dogs. During a home trial, he did well with the resident dogs, but the placement was ultimately unsuccessful because the other dogs struggled with the transition. Any future dog introductions should be slow, thoughtful, and based on the personalities of all dogs involved.
Duke isn't the right fit for every home, but we know the right person is out there. With patience, consistency, and understanding, he has the potential to become a loyal and devoted companion for someone willing to give him the second chance he deserves.

Gizmo
Gizmo is a lovable 3-year-old long-haired French Bulldog with a story of resilience. He was rescued from a euthanasia list out of state and made the journey to Alaska in search of the forever family he deserves.
From the moment you meet him, it's easy to fall in love. Gizmo is an incredibly friendly, outgoing boy who adores everyone he meets. He has done wonderfully with children, gets along great with other dogs, and has also done well with cats. Whether he's making new friends or curling up beside you for cuddles, Gizmo is happiest when he's surrounded by people who love him.
Gizmo is crate trained, walks nicely on a leash, and is current on all of his vaccinations. He is still working on his house training. We believe he was previously house trained, but since arriving in a new environment he has been marking, which is common for many dogs adjusting to unfamiliar surroundings. With consistency, patience, and routine, we expect him to continue making great progress.
Gizmo is currently available through our foster-to-adopt program while he completes his veterinary care. He is scheduled to be neutered, and once that has been completed, his adoption can be finalized.
He is also receiving treatment for a chronic ear infection that our veterinarian believes may have gone untreated for years, as well as some allergies that we are actively working to manage. Despite everything he's been through, Gizmo has remained incredibly sweet, affectionate, and full of life.
If you're looking for a happy, social companion who loves people, enjoys the company of other pets, and has endless affection to give, Gizmo may be the perfect addition to your family.
